Access the cleaning section
We are quite aware of how simple this step is, but even our customer support team can sometimes overlook the simplest things just because we find them too simple. That's why we decided to show you how to approach the section, evil is not necessary, as shown in the pictures on the right. Better safe than sorry, isn't it?
We have created a complete system that monitors all bookings and knows how to communicate with people who maintain and clean apartments.

Step two
Cleaning section
Welcome to the cleaning and maintenance section. As you can see for yourself, there are a handful of options at your disposal, such as notifying your cleaners of the need for cleaning, a request to check the unit, or a request to bring clean or take away dirty bedding. Your cleaning team (those with user accounts to access your myRent, i.e.) will be notified immediately when, where and if cleaning is required.

Requirements on the facility
As a facility owner or authorized agency, you can make requests to check, clean, change bedding, etc., but you also have the ability to authorize your cleaners to access the myRent app, and through your access account, they are able to mark the facilities needed check or clean, as well as facilities that have been cleaned, or if anything else needs to be done on those facilities.
