Owners Portal

Part of every successful tourist agency is a good relationship with their owners of apartments and villas. For that purpose, MyRent has developed a specialized module Owner portal, that can help both parties, owners and Tourist agencies. The main goal is to simplify all information's and to allow owners to have real-time information about reservations and guests.

OWNER CALENDAR

Tourist agencies can allow owners to have their own smart calendar, so an owner can easily see who is coming. If an agency allows it, owners can even close dates if they have their own guest. No need for any additional work. And because of myRent channel manager, these dates are synchronized by all channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and etc.

Add reservations

Owners can easily close dates and control availability of properties assigned to them. They can even add notes and change statuses.

Cleaning

In this module, owners can easily update information and instructions for a cleaning company, personnel. How to prepare an apartment or a villa for guests, how many beds need cleaning or setting up. Or they can simply instruct them to leave a gift on a bed or fill a fridge.

Finances

This module offers owners the possibility of tracking invoices from agencies, allowing access and insight into finances and information about incoming payments.
