ITOS connects reservation income with operating costs so you can monitor the profitability of each property by day and month. The calculation includes OTA commissions, cleaning, inspections, repairs, utilities and additional costs you record, as well as allocated monthly costs such as rent and staff according to configured rules.
Profitability is based on recorded income and costs and the configured allocation rules. It is a management view, not statutory accounting.

Does ITOS manage a laundry?
