Getting started
What is MyRent and who is it for?
MyRent is a professional PMS and Channel Manager for accommodation management. It is designed for private hosts, agencies, hotels and other managers who want to handle reservations, guests, rates, availability, invoices and operations in one system.
What is the difference between a PMS and a Channel Manager?
A PMS supports day-to-day work such as reservations, guests, invoicing and operations. A Channel Manager connects sales channels and synchronizes the data supported by each integration, such as availability, rates and reservations.
Do I need to install software?
No. MyRent is a web application that you access through a supported browser, so the core system does not require a local software installation.
Can I use MyRent on a phone or tablet?
Yes. You can access MyRent from a phone or tablet through a supported browser. The availability of individual workflows and views depends on the feature you are using.
What does setup and onboarding look like?
Getting started usually includes setting up the account, properties, rate plans and required connections. When moving from another system, data migration depends on the source, available export and the agreed migration scope.
Pricing and trial
How much does MyRent cost?
Pricing depends on your scope of use, number of accommodation units and the modules or integrations you need. After we understand your requirements, we prepare an individual offer.
How long is the free trial?
You can try MyRent for 31 days at €0. The trial is intended to let you check how the system fits your workflow before deciding how to continue.
What can I use during the trial?
MyRent modules included in the trial are available during the 31-day period. External services and integrations may require their own credentials, provider approval, connection or other prerequisites.
How do I get an offer for an agency or a larger portfolio?
Tell us the number of units, your business type and the workflows or integrations that matter most. We can then prepare a demo and an offer adapted to your portfolio.
Booking channel connections
Which booking channels can MyRent connect to?
MyRent supports connections with a large number of sales channels, including Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo and Google Vacation Rentals. The exact data and functions available depend on the channel and integration type.
What is the difference between API and iCal connections?
An API connection can exchange a broader set of data, such as reservations, availability, rates or restrictions, when the channel supports it. iCal is simpler and is mainly used to exchange occupied dates and reservation dates.
How are reservations, availability and rates synchronized?
With supported integrations, MyRent automatically exchanges data with the channel according to the capabilities of that connection. Processing time and available data depend on the channel, integration type and account settings.
Does a Channel Manager reduce the risk of overbooking?
Yes. Automatic synchronization significantly reduces the risk of double bookings, but it cannot eliminate it in every situation. Channel delays, manual changes, incorrect settings or unconnected sources can temporarily create mismatches.
Can I use different prices on different channels?
Yes, channel-specific price adjustments and rules can be managed when supported by the integration and rate plan. The final result depends on mapping, rules and the sales channel configuration.
Can I move from another system and transfer existing data?
In many cases, yes. What can be migrated depends on the previous system, the quality and format of its export, and the agreed migration scope, so we review this before the transfer.
Daily operations
Can I manage direct and phone bookings?
Yes. Direct, phone and other manually entered reservations can be managed in the central calendar, with availability reflected to connected channels according to your setup.
Can I register guests in eVisitor?
MyRent supports eVisitor workflows for businesses operating in Croatia. Appropriate access, correct guest data and a properly configured connection are required.
Can I issue invoices and use fiscalization?
MyRent supports invoicing and, for Croatian users, fiscalization workflows when the relevant module and settings are active. Rules and obligations can differ by market and business setup.
Can I automate guest communication?
Yes. MyRent can automate part of guest communication through supported channels, templates and AI features. The scope depends on your connections and rules, while situations that require judgement can remain subject to human confirmation.
Can property owners see how their properties are performing?
Yes. The owner module can give owners controlled access to information about their properties. The exact data and permissions depend on the module version and agency settings.
