MyRent receives and sends guest messages through connected OTA APIs. AI uses available reservation and property context to generate a reply, which is returned to the guest through the supported channel. Automated replies can arrive within seconds.

Automation depends on communication settings and the functionality available through each integration/API. Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia are supported where the corresponding messaging functionality is available; this does not mean every message on every channel is always answered automatically.

The website AI Booking Assistant understands the guest's request, searches real MyRent inventory and filters matching accommodation. It checks current availability and prices, recommends specific villas or apartments, shows an exact price and provides a Book Now action for a direct reservation. As an AI Sales Assistant, it connects conversation with booking opportunities.
