eVisitor - how to connect your myRent account with eVisitor account

Connecting myRent with eVisitor myRent allows Croatian users to seamlessly connect their account with eVisitor, the official system for guest registration in Croatia. Once connected, guest data added in myRent can be automatically sent to eVisitor on the day of arrival, saving you time and ensuring full compliance with Croatian law. You can also use the Guest Portal, allowing guests to enter all required information themselves, while you simply review and approve the data before automatic check-in. This guide explains how to connect your myRent account and properties with eVisitor and how to enable automatic guest registration.

eVisitor is relevant only for myRent users in Croatia. It is the official national system for guest registration, and Croatian law requires that every guest who stays overnight must be registered.

With myRent, you can now connect your account directly to your eVisitor account. Once connected, myRent can automatically send guest data to eVisitor on the day of arrival—saving you time and ensuring full compliance.

NOTE: For every reservation, myRent offers a Guest Portal. Guests can enter all required information themselves, you can review it, and on the arrival day myRent will automatically send the data to eVisitor.

How to Connect myRent with eVisitor

  1. Go to Settings → B2B Connection

2. Scroll down until you find Other Connections

TAN List

To log in to eVisitor, you still need a TAN list. You can scan and upload your TAN list into myRent for easier access.

IMPORTANT: Once myRent is connected to eVisitor, you no longer need the TAN list for sending guest data (check-in).

*IMPORTANT: It is not enough to coonect your myRent account with eVisitor, you have connected now your myRent account with eVisitor but the next step still would be to connect property.


Please go to the property details and click on eVisitor

In your eVisitor account you find your property. Each property will have a specific ID. This ID you need to add it in.


Property ID in eVisitor:

Once you added then choose your account number which you added previously

Enable eVistor will be activated as you enabled in the previous step. As well click on Check-in if you want myRent to sent automatically data to eVisitor on the day of guest arrival.


This shows you when you connected your myRent profile with eVisitor and number 2 (in this case) shows you how many eVisitor accounts you have connected (this in usually for agencies as they sign in clients in the name of the property owners)
