Written response from the Ministry

“Your product is an eligible activity under Measure A and Measure B of this year’s public call.”

The confirmation concerns MyRent as a type of eligible activity. Each applicant and project must meet all other conditions of the public call, while the final grant decision is made by the Ministry after reviewing the application.

What does the KTG 2026 public call support?

The public call is intended for projects that improve the competitiveness of tourism businesses through green and digital transition. For MyRent users, the most relevant activities are investments in equipment and software for digitising business processes and improving operational organisation.

MyRent brings together PMS, Channel Manager, reservations, guests, rates, availability, sales channels, invoices and daily operations in one professional accommodation management system.

What can be digitised with MyRent?

Reservations and calendars

Centralised management of reservations, arrivals, departures and accommodation units.

Channel Manager

Synchronisation of rates, calendars and availability with connected booking channels.

Guests and digital check-in

Digital check-in, guest data collection and more efficient arrival management.

Automated communication

Automatic sending of confirmations, instructions, reminders and other guest information.

Invoices and administration

Digitisation of invoices, financial data and everyday administrative processes.

Reports and analytics

A clearer overview of reservations, occupancy, sales, revenue and business performance.

Measure A

Hotels

Grants from €10,000 to €40,000, with co-financing of up to 70% of eligible costs.

Measure A is intended for existing properties that hold the appropriate official classification decision for a property in the Hotels.

Eligible property types

✓ Hotel
✓ Heritage hotel
✓ Diffuse hotel
✓ Aparthotel
✓ Tourist resort
✓ Tourist apartments
✓ Spa hotel categories
✓ Boarding house – comfort

Important: “Tourist apartments” does not mean all apartments

The term refers exclusively to the official “Tourist apartments” category within the Hotels group. It does not include all private apartments or other apartment properties rented to tourists.

Some of the basic conditions

  • the applicant is an eligible small-business entity
  • the applicant has the appropriate registered activity
  • the property has a valid classification decision within the Hotels group
  • the applicant meets requirements relating to employees, tax obligations and de minimis aid
  • funding is secured for the part of the project not covered by the grant

Measure B

Family farm (OPG) / Farmer

Grants from €5,000 to €20,000, with co-financing of up to 70% of eligible costs.

Measure B supports investment in software and equipment that contributes to the digital transition of tourism and hospitality services at a family farm (OPG) or agricultural holding.

Eligible applicants

Family farm (OPG)

A family farm (OPG) with a valid decision authorising hospitality services on the family agricultural holding.

Craft business, company or cooperative

An entity registered for agricultural activity that meets the conditions of Measure B, including a registered tasting room where applicable.

A self-sufficiency farm (SOPG) is not eligible

A self-sufficiency agricultural holding is not an eligible applicant under this Measure.

How should MyRent be defined in the project?

The proposed budget item may be described as:

One-time procurement and implementation of the integrated MyRent software solution for digital transition, automation and organisation of business processes.

What the quotation should clearly show

  • one-time procurement and implementation of the solution
  • system modules and functionalities
  • number of properties and accommodation units
  • processes to be digitised
  • expected project results

Costs that should be separated

  • recurring licences
  • monthly or annual subscriptions
  • regular maintenance
  • ineligible consulting services
  • website development and promotion

How to prepare a digitisation project

1

Check eligibility

Check whether the property and applicant fall under Measure A or Measure B.

2

Define your needs

Determine which business, sales and operational processes you want to digitise.

3

Request a MyRent quotation

The quotation is prepared according to the number of units, selected modules and the actual project scope.

4

Submit the application

The applicant prepares the documentation and submits the project through the TuRiznica system.

Who is not automatically covered?

The Ministry’s confirmation concerns MyRent as an eligible activity under Measure A and Measure B. It does not mean that every accommodation provider is eligible to apply.

  • private apartments not officially classified within the Hotels group
  • holiday homes and villas outside the eligible Measure A categories
  • travel agencies applying exclusively under Measure C
  • campsites and camping resorts not included in the eligible categories

Frequently asked questions

Is MyRent an eligible activity?

Yes. The Ministry of Tourism and Sport has confirmed in writing that MyRent is an eligible activity under Measure A and Measure B.

Does this mean the grant will definitely be approved?

No. The type of activity has been confirmed as eligible, but each applicant, project and budget is reviewed and evaluated separately.

Can all apartments apply?

No. Under Measure A, the term “Tourist apartments” refers exclusively to the official property category within the Hotels group.

Are subscriptions and maintenance eligible?

The guidelines list licences, subscriptions and maintenance among ineligible costs. They should therefore be clearly separated from the one-time procurement and implementation of the software solution.

Does MyRent prepare the complete grant application?

MyRent can prepare the quotation and technical description of the software solution. The applicant or their chosen consultant is responsible for preparing and submitting the complete project application.
