Sometimes the best feedback does not need a long email.
Recently, a MyRent user sent us a screenshot of their Booking.com statistics. No long explanation. They simply underlined the results and wrote: “Thank you!”
100% · 96.3% · 93.33% — and one word: “Thank you!”
Messages like this mean a great deal to our team. Not because we want to claim credit for every customer result, but because they show that technology, daily work and support can work well together.
A good result is never just software
We would never claim that software alone creates high occupancy. Good results come from a strong accommodation product, good guest service, pricing, sales and the customer’s day-to-day work.
Our job is to make sure technology does not get in the way: rates and availability are distributed correctly, reservations arrive in one place, manual work is reduced and help is available when it is needed.
- centralised reservations and availability
- distribution channels and rate synchronisation
- automation of repetitive operational work
- fast, practical support when something needs to be solved
We are deliberately keeping the customer anonymous because the message was sent privately. For a detailed public customer story, we always ask for approval first.
Why this matters to us
MyRent does not evolve only through new features. It evolves through real customer situations: what takes too much time, where problems appear, what can be automated and where good support can make the biggest difference.
When we receive a few underlined percentages and a short “Thank you” after all that work, the message to the whole team is very clear.
We want to tell more customer stories
Behind MyRent are many successful travel agencies, property managers, hotels, campsites and accommodation providers. Their stories are often invisible, although they can be some of the most useful examples for other tourism professionals.
That is why we will increasingly use myrent.hr to present real customers and the way they work:
- how they developed their business
- how they organise sales and operations
- which challenges they faced and how they solved them
- how they use MyRent in everyday work
- what they would recommend to others in tourism
We do not want to produce classic advertisements. We want to show real people, real tourism businesses and real examples from practice.
If you use MyRent and have a result, experience or story worth sharing, we would be happy to turn it into a useful customer story together.
