On Monday, 19 October 2026, MyRent, PriceLabs and Holidu are bringing agencies and property managers together for a free workshop at AC Hotel Split. The workshop runs from 16:00 to 20:00.

Four hours are dedicated to one practical question: how to generate more revenue from the same portfolio, make better decisions and reduce repetitive manual work.

This live, in-person workshop is built specifically for agencies and property managers — hosted by PriceLabs, MyRent and Holidu.

Why should you attend?

Autumn is when agencies review the season and set prices and strategy for the year ahead. How much should rates increase or decrease? How do you know whether a property performed well compared with its market? How do you explain results to an owner with evidence rather than instinct? And how do you do all of that across dozens or hundreds of units without adding hours of administration?

The Split workshop focuses on exactly those questions, with practical examples and tools relevant to the Croatian short-term rental market.

Pricing that follows real demand

We will show how rates can automatically adjust to market demand, local events and booking trends. The goal is not simply to raise prices, but to find the right price at the right time — especially in shoulder season, when a good pricing strategy can have the greatest impact.

Data as an argument with owners

Experience matters, but decisions are easier to defend when they are supported by data. We will look at how to compare a property with relevant accommodation of a similar category in the same destination and how to use market data in owner communication.

When an owner asks why a property did not earn more, the answer no longer has to rely only on gut feeling.

Portfolio-level automation

Managing a larger portfolio quickly becomes inefficient when rates, rules and availability must be updated unit by unit. We will show how portfolio-level automation allows teams to manage more properties with far less repetitive administrative work.

Time currently spent on manual updates can instead go toward owners, guests and business development.

Growth without losing control

What happens when ten properties become fifty, one hundred or several hundred? A larger portfolio does not mean every property should follow the same rules.

We will show how to organise operations so that different rules can be applied by property, owner and sales channel while the overall system remains clear and scalable.

Not another sales presentation

The aim of the workshop is not to spend four hours presenting products. We want to openly discuss the challenges agencies and property managers face every day and show how better data, automation and well-designed processes can improve operations.

Our goal is for every participant to leave with clearer ideas and a practical direction for preparing the next tourism season.

Who are the hosts?

PriceLabs is a platform for dynamic pricing and market analytics in the short-term rental industry.

MyRent is a Croatian Property Management System and Channel Manager for professional accommodation management, connected with more than 150 booking channels.

Holidu is a European holiday-rental search and booking platform that also develops solutions for hosts and professional property managers.

Three different areas of expertise with the same goal — better and more efficient accommodation management.

Who is the workshop for?

The workshop is intended primarily for tourism agencies, property managers, professional accommodation managers and companies that manage properties on behalf of owners. Whether you manage ten, fifty or several hundred properties, the challenges are very similar. Only the scale changes.
